Great concept but contains some horrible theology about who God is. The book describes God's love as it is your mother's kiss or daddy's hug. That is so limiting of God's love. It also says when we think of God He is there - so wrong! God is there with us all the time, he isn't hindered by closed doors, by a dulled conscience, or by a life circumstance. How discomforting to tell your children that you have to think about God to have him near you, like one must summon Him like a genie. How limiting to describe God's love as such as a human hug or kiss. God's love is shown to us in His creation, in His gift to us of salvation. I wouldn't recommend this book, there are much better ways to describe God to your children.
