Owl Babies - Waddell

This was a fairly cute story, 3 little owls wake up one night and find their mommy gone - she is out hunting. They each think a lot, because that is what owls do and they comfort each other until she returns. That is the basis of the plot. It was a very repetitive book in my opinion. Good graphics but I think the story could have been better.

I wasn't very excited about Owl Babies when it was given to my kids... but they LOVE it and ask for it at bedtime. It's cute.

It is a cute book I just wouldn't buy it. I have some other favorite bedtime books for my kids but I am super glad your kids like it. :)

For some reason my kids also liked it--I think that the repetition helps them remember, and you know how children like for you to tell them the same thing over and over again :)
Maybe a good library book?
