Tootle - Crampton

Tootle is a happy and good little engine and does what it is told. At the train school their teacher tells them lots of things but the one thing he says they never must do is get off their tracks. No never, Tootle would never do that. One day as Tootle was driving down the tracks a horse and meadow beckon Tootle to come and join them. Wanting to smell the flowers and race the horse he jumps tracks and frolics in the meadow. He learns his lesson though, he learns that he must stay on the tracks.
This is such a fun book, it teaches obedience and consequences and it is cute too.
